"Tucson IDA’s Bond Financing program was the only option available to us for rehabilitating 14 buildings for over 100 residents at Catalina Village Assisted Living. Tucson IDA understood the community need and offered us a well laid out program managed by a highly competent staff."

Tucson IDA’s annual $250,000, short term, bridge loan did more than help us manage a challenge in our cash flow cycle. The community loan helped us increase income and productivity, even during adverse market factors that were unforeseen and uncontrollable.

This true sign of burgeoning fiscal health is a manifestation of the importance of the work the IDA does within our communities.
