PermitReady Tucson is a digital tool to review and refine your permit package before you submit it to the City of Tucson.
Submit with Confidence
Catch missing information and common submission issues before official City review.
A smarter first step in the permitting process

PermitReady Tucson reviews your draft permit package before you submit it to the City of Tucson—helping you identify missing information, inconsistencies and commonly flagged issues.
PermitReady Tucson does not issue permits or replace official review by the City of Tucson.

Communities using AI-assisted permit pre-checks have reported reductions of up to 40% in permit review timelines.
