No. PermitReady is a pre-submission review. You must still submit your completed application through the City of Tucson’s official permitting system.

Does a positive report mean my permit is approved?

No. The report can help you prepare a stronger package, but only the City of Tucson can review and approve your permit.

Will PermitReady submit my application for me?

No. After completing the pre-check and making any needed changes, you are responsible for submitting the application to the City.

Does PermitReady check building-code compliance?

PermitReady can flag potential requirements and issues included in its programmed review. It does not replace the City’s full code, zoning, safety or technical review.

What if my permit type is not currently supported?
